My Story

My love for cooking began when I was a young girl, helping my parents in the kitchen. Meals were often held around my parent's or grandparent’s table and even occasionally in Spain when we would go visit mis abuelos! The time spent cooking and sharing those meals with my family has taught me my techniques and influenced my style of cooking.

I am the oldest daughter of a first generation Spanish immigrant, my father Francisco. My parents, as well as my grandparents, had a major influence on my style of cooking. Growing up in a Spanish household, family dinners were very important. There were five of us always ready to eat, but the occasional friend or additional family member stopping by was always a welcome surprise!

I am very eager, and honored, to be sharing these fantastic dishes that I love, with each of you.
